Police arrest 4 miscreants in Buxar

Buxar : Police on April 26, 2019, arrested four miscreants including a dreaded criminal from Sarimpur area in connection with the firing at the gate of the Buxar Central Jail on April 21, 2019, and drug peddler Rahul Kumar alias Jailor.

Police also seized a pistol from their possession. Later, police sent them to jail after interrogation and are conducting raids at different places to arrest other miscreants involved in firing at the gate of the Buxar Central Jail.

SDPO, Satish Kumar, said that police were checking vehicles near a roundabout Sarimpur and arrested Md Seraz Siddiqui along with his two associates and seized a pistol from his possession. Police also arrested Rahul Kumar alias Jailor in connection with firing at the gate of Buxar Central Jail on April 21, 2019.
