In a tweet, the Prime Minister said, “Saddened by the demise of Ahmed Patel Ji. He spent years in public life, serving society. Senior Congress leader and the party’s top strategist Ahmed Patel, a Rajya Sabha Member from Gujarat, died at a Gurugram, Haryana, hospital at 3.30 am November 25, 2020, morning, due to multi-organ failure. He was suffering from complications related to COVID-19.
