Muzaffarpur : Bihar governor Ram Nath Kovind on March 18, 2017, stressed on establishment of blood bank at every place. Addressing a Red Cross Society function at Muzaffarpur, the governor urged the to people to donate blood voluntarily saying blood, organ and eye donation are the biggest donation ( Mahadaan).  He lauded the role of the Red Cross Society and said it should further increase its activities in every district of Bihar and motivate the people to voluntarily donate blood.

Addressing a seminar at Sri Krishna Jubilee Law College, Muzaffarpur, Governor Kovind said that the people should always remember the Preamble of the Indian Constitution. There should be stress on the teaching of the Constitution and its Preamble at educational institutions. He said the Constitution has given us Fundamental Rights besides defining our duties. The governor said the Rule of Law will lead to the development of society.
