Patna police seize 204 bottles of IMFL during raid at Sirhi Ghat

Patna : Police conducted raid at the house of one Deena Rai at Sirhi Ghat under Khajekallan police station, Patna, on July 20, 2018, and seized 204 bottles of IMFL from there. The raid was
carried out on secret information. Deena Rai, however, managed to escape. Police said that Deena had brought IMFL from Haryana and was planning to sell the same at exorbitant price.
Body Recovered :  Police on July 20 recovered the body of one Duryodhan Ram hanging from a tree at village Indo under Bhagvanganj police station in Patna district. On getting information, local police reached the spot and sent the body for autopsy.
It may be recalled that Duryodhan had on July 16 murdered his brother in a personal dispute at village Nijra under Sigori police station in the district and escaped after that. SI Kamlesh Sharma was killed when the four-wheeler in which he was bringing the body collided with another vehicle  the same day.
