Ara : Patna police with the help of their Bhojpur counterpart recovered  two missing girls from Tari Mohalla locality under Town police station, Ara, on March 1, 2018. Police arrested three persons including a girl friend of the two girls in this connection.

SHO, Danapur police station, Sandeep Kumar Singh, said that two girls students, both plus two students, of Danapur Bazaar under Danapur police station left their houses in the morning on February 28, 2018, but did not return home till late evening. Mother of one of the girls complained to Danapur police regarding disappearance of her daughter. Police immediately swung into action and on the basis of Call Detail Rerecor (CDR) of mobiles,  police went to Bihta in Patnadistrict and Ara.

Danapur police with the help of their Bhojpur counterpart conducted raids at different places at Ara and arrested two youth and a girl friend of the two girls who revealed where the two missing girls had been kept. Police recovered them from a house at Milki Mohalla locality and took them to Danapur. Police released both the youth and girl friend of the two girls on PR Bail Bond after interrogation. The girls said that their mothers used to rebuke them and so they fled away from their houses with their friend in search of job.
