Motihari : The members of Sikh Community and BJP workers burnt the effigy of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on January 4, 2020, at Gandhi Roundabout, Motihari, against the recent attack on  Sikhs and Nankana Sahab Gurudwara in Pakistan.

Adressing a corner meeting, Satpal Singh Chhabra, Secretary of Motihari Gurudwara, said that Sikh minority in Pakistan was  being terrorised and tortured by the majority community and Pakistan Government  from the very beginning. Sikhs are being forced  to convert to Islam in Pakistan, he alleged adding Pakistan Government has remained a silent spectator. A large numbers of Sikh shouted slogans against Pakistan.

East Champaran District BJP President Prakash Asthana said that violation of human right in Pakistan is an open secret. Injustice is being done to the Sikh community by the majority community there, he added. Lal Babu Prasad, BJP General Secretary, East Champaran, said  Sikh were spending sleepless nights in Pakistan fearing safety and security of their daughters.  Markande Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Satbinder Singh,Manjit Singh, Pankaj Sinha, and Mina Mishra  also addressed the meeting.
