ADJ-15, Motihari, Sri Prakash Mishra’s car vandalised, bodygurad attacked, accused held

Motihari :  Raja Kumar, who was arrested by East Champaran Police on January 3, 2020, evening, for vandalising the car of Additional District Judge (ADJ)- 15, Motihari, Sri Prakash Mishra, and attacking his bodyguard Pintu Kumar near aerodrome when they were returning to Mishra’s Maharshinagar Road residence under Chhatauni police station  in Motihari Town, was produced before the court on January 4 and remanded to Judicial custody.

Bodyguard Pintu Kumar, in an FIR lodged with police in this connection, has  alleged that Sri Prakash Mishra, ADJ- 15, Motihari Civil Court, was returning to  his residence at Maharshinagar from the court  on his car with him on January 3, 2020, evening, and as soon as his car reached near aerodrome bike borne Raja Kumar overtook his car and dashed it from front side. Raja Kumar first attacked bodyguard Pintu Kumar and then  vandalised the  gate of the car on road, the FIR said. Pintu Kumar  called police and Raja Kumar was arrested.

SHO, Chhatauni police station, Mukesh Chandra Kanwar, said  that Raja Kumar was arrested  and quizzed by police and sent to jail.
