Patna : S Shivkumar, a 1987 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer, was on May 7, 2019, appointed Additional Member, Board of Revenue, Bihar, on his return from central deputation.
S Shivkumar was waiting for posting after joining in General Administration Department (GAD), Bihar Government. The GAD issued a notification to this effect on May 7 itself.
