Notorious Begusarai criminal Giridhari Yadav nabbed at Patna

Patna: The Special Task Force (STF) on September 3, 2018, arrested a notorious gangster of Begusarai district Girdhari Yadav from the state capital. Yadav was living here in hiding and he faces over three dozen cases of
serious offences including murder, loot, extortion and kidnappings.

The STF team was looking for Girdhari for long. Police sources said that after Begusarai Police failed to arrest
Girdhari, who had become a terror in the district, the task was handed over to STF. In the meantime, three of Girdhari’s associates : Rakesh, Chandan, and Raushan, were arrested by Begusarai Police.
The arrested criminals during interrogation revealed that Girdhari had taken shelter at Patna. Later, a Begusarai police team along with STF arrested Girdhari and seized a firearm and some cartridges from his possession.
