Patna:  Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Wednesday expressed his concern over bank robberies and loots. He said that in last six months there had been six such cases at different places in the state. Speaking at the 56th state level bankers committee meeting, Nitish advised the managements of banks to take benefits of Bihar state industrial security battalion which is being set up on the pattern of central industrial security force. He advised the banks to get ready for issuance of students’ credit cards by September 15 as the scheme would be officially launched  on October 2. All students, who pass out 12th standard examination, would be issued credit cards with a limit of Rs 4 lakh, he said.
