NGO starts 3-month free training for women in sewing, knitting at Bhojpur village

Ara :  Jai Kishun Shiksha Jagran Academy Yuva Mandal, Agiao, and Nehru Yuva Kendra, Bhojpur, jointly organized a three- month free sewing and knitting training programme on December 24, 2018, on the campus of Mauni Baba Upgraded Middle School, Karwasin, under Agiao block. Sunita Devi, Sarpanch, Karwasin Panchayat, inaugurated the training programme.

Amardeep Kumar Jai, Organising Secretary, Jai Kishun Shiksha Jagran Academy Yuva Mandal, said that 40 girls and women will be imparted training in sewing and knitting during the three month training programme free of cost. He said that the organisation is making every effort to make thegirls and women self dependent and added that after getting training, the girls and women will be able to open their boutique and earn for the family. Soni Kumari, an Aanganwadi Sevika, Arti Devi, Nidhi Kumari, Chanchal Kumari, Sapana Kumari, and Madhu Kumari also spoke on the occasion. starts
