Ara : LJP Parliamentary Board Chairperson and MP from Jamui parliamentary constituency Chirag Paswan on April 27, 2019, claimed that the NDA would win on all the 40 parliamentary seats in Bihar in the 2019 LS polls and PM Narendra Modi will remain the Prime Minister of the country with still bigger majority. The UPA would fail to open its account in Bihar this time, Chirag Paswan said.
Chirag said that the first three phases of the LS polls showed the trend that the NDA would form the government with thumping majority once again. He said PM Narendra Modi dared to give as befitting reply to the enemies by ordering surgical and air-strikes in Pakistan. PM Modi thinks for the all-round development of every section of the society irrespective of caste, creed and race and that is why people like and support him, Chirag said while addressing an election meeting at Ramana Maidan, Ara.
He said that as the PM works with the slogans ‘sabka sath, sabka vikas’ for the development of the poor and the downtrodden and so does Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. Citing development in Ara parliamentary constituency, he said that no MP or MLA had worked for the development of Ara since Independence as the present MP Raj Kumar Singh did in five years by getting implemented a number of development schemes. A number of ongoing Railways projects are a glaring example of progress of Bhojpur district. He exhorted the people to vote for Raj Kumar Singh and send him to the Lok Sabha with record votes so that the development started due to his efforts continues.
Earlier, the local MP and Minister of State (Independent Charge), for Power, New and Newable energy, Raj Kumar Singh held a roadshow before filling his nomination. The roadshow originated from Ramana Maidan and after passing through the main thoroughfares of the town reached Ara Collectorate.
