atna: Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP), a constitutent of NDA in Bihar, on Wednesday split with one of three party MPs Arun Kumar declaring himself national president of the party. Arun was removed from the post of chief of  Bihar unit of RLSP by Upendra Kushwaha, union minister of state and national chief of the party last month.

Arun held a special convention of the party workers at S K Memorial Hall here on Wednesday and said Kushwaha has turned a dictator and was in league with Hawala traders. Kushwaha is damaging the RLSP, Arun alleged adding middlemen were influencing Kushwaha.
Last month, Kushwaha had removed Arun as state president along with dozens of office-bearers for anti-party activities. The RLSP has three members in Lok Sabha and two members in Bihar assembly.
