Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, arrested a murder case accused from Belaur village under Udwantnagar police station on Octobr 20, 2017, evening and also seized a 7.65 mm countrymade pistol and four live cartridges from his possession. The arrested miscreant was identified as Nikku Chaudhary, son of Naresh Chaudhary of Belaur village under Udwantnagar police station.
Bhojpur SP Awakash Kumar said that Nikku Chaudhary had shot dead Shushil Chaudhary at village Sudhani under Udwantnagar police station on July 8, 2017, in a land dispute. A named FIR was lodged with Udwantnagar police station against four persons including Nikku Singh. The SP said that two named accused had been arrested earlier but Nikku Chaudhary was absconding. He said that police got information that Nikku Chaudhary had come to his village. Police immediately swung into action and arrested him.
