Saharsa : Saharsa police have arrested one of the five miscreants involved in teasing a school girl in broad daylight in full public view under Sadar Police station when she was returning home from tution on her bicycle on August 28, 2018.
SDPO, Sadar, Prabhakar Tiwari, said that an FIR had been lodged against 5 miscreants in this connection and raids were on to arrest the rest 4 accused. In fact, police swung into action after a video of the incident went viral. The video shows the 5 miscreants snatching the stole of the girl and even pushing her on the road when she was trying to escape.
