Ara: Bihar education Minister Ashok Kumar Chaudhary inaugurated the new building of B.Ed college under Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Ara,  zero mile on Sunday at a simple function organized by the university. Vice-Chancellor(VC), VKSU, Leela Chand Sah presided over the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, the education minister said that the government was determined to provide all possible help to students as they were future of the country. To achieve this objective, the state government is making every endeavour to upgrade the higher education system and advised the students to labour hard and get the benefit of government schemes. He also advised the teachers to perform their duty and impart training to the students and build their future.

VC Leela Chand Sah said that with the inauguration of new building, the  B.Ed class would be shifted from university campus to this building. He said now the long standing demand of the students has been fulfilled. He said this new building has been constructed  on  a spacious ground and hoped  the students would now attend their classes in a more friendly atmosphere.

VKSU B A PartI :   Elaborate arrangements have been made by Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU) for the holding BA Part I examination scheduled to commence from June 13.

Examination controller, VKSU, Prasunjay Kumar Sinha said that altogether 40 examination centres have been made in old Shahabad district that includes Bhojpur,Buxar, Rohtas and Kaimur for 80,000 candidates who will appear at the BA Part I examination. He said that VKSU administration is committed to hold fair examination at any cost and for this flying squads have been constituted and letters have also been sent to the District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police of all the four districts. He said question papers and answer-sheets are being sent to the examination centres.
