Bagaha: Additional district and sessions judge 1st , Bagaha, Dipak kumar Singh on Thursday held guilty Keshwar Yadav of Narainpur under Bagaha police station, and sentenced him life imprisonment in the case of murder of Rabindra Yadav of the same village in 2004. Another accused Deva Yyadav is still under trial in juvenile court.
According to public prosecutor B K Mall. the deceased’s farther Dhandhar Yadav of Narainpur village had lodged an FIR with Bagaha police station against Keshwar Yadav (65) and a minor Deva Yadav of hich Keshwar was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment and slapped fine Rs.10,000.
