Ara : One person was killed and another injured when a wall of their house fell on them at Koelwar Bazaar under Koelwar police station in Bhojpur District on March 12, 2020, morning.
Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and admitted the injured at Primary Health Centre, Koelwar, where the doctor referred him to Patna Medical College and Hospital in view of his serious condition. The deceased was identified as Dev Sharan Chaudhary, 55, while the injured was identified as his son Rajesh Chaudhary.
SHO, Koelwar police station, said that Dev Sharan Chaudhary and his son were sleeping at their house in Koelwar Bazaar locality under Koelwar police station when a portion of the wall of the house fell on them due to heavy rain on March 11, 2020, night, killing Dev Sharan Chaudhary on the spot and injuring his son Rajesh Chaudhary.
