Buxar: A middleage person Sukh Vilas Choubey was killed at village under Industrial police station in Buxar district in a property dispute on October 18 evening. A named FIR has been lodged with the police under Industrial police station on the statement of son of the deceased, Arbind Choubey, but no arrest has so far been made in this connection.
SHO, Town police station, Raghubar Dayal, said that one Heera Lal Choubey with his supporters attacked his brother Sukh Vilas Choubey when he was sitting at the gate of his house at Belaur village on October 18 evening and beat him up with traditional weapons. The injured was taken to hospital but he succumbed to his injuries there during treatment. Property dispute is said to be the reason behind the incident.
