Man from Bhojpur killed in Delhi violence

Ara : A man from Bhojpur district was killed in violence against the CAA in New Delhi. The deceased was identified as Deepak Kumar, son of late Subedar Singh of Jokata-Salempur under Chandi police station. He is survived by his wife and three minor children.

Deepak Kumar worked at Jhilmil Rolling Mill under Shahadra Police station in New Delhi and had gone to New Delhi about a month ago promising his wife and minor children to come on festival of colour. Few days back, when he was going to market to purchase some vegetables along with his friends, someone fired bullet that hit him killing him on the spot.

The villagers demanded of the government to take stern action against the miscreants and give at least Rs 10 lakh compensation to his next of kin.
