Man found dead with bullet mark on temple at Patna village

Patna : One Ravindra Chaudhary alias Jata Chaudhary, 32, was found dead under mysterious circumstances with gunshot wounds near temple under Masaurhi police station in Patna district on August 21, 2018.

Ravindra reportedly died on August 20, 2018, night itself. His body was recovered by the police on August 21, about 500 metres south of his village Baliyari near Sekhuchand Khanda Timohaani. Ravindra’s father Mannu Chaudhary has lodged an FIR with police against unidentified persons in this connection.

Ravindra had left home for some work on August 20 evening but did not return. SHO, Masaurhi police station, Shambhu Yadav, said that Ravindra’s marriage was in jeopardy for the last 2 years and he allegedly had differences with his wife. Therefore, Chances of suicide cannot be ruled out, the SHO added. Police, however, have not recovered any arms from the crime spot. Police also said that family members have not named anyone in the FIR and are in a doubt themselves. They suspect no one, police said.
