Kishanganj: SDPO, Kishanganj, Kamini Bala on Wednesday conducted raid at Nepalgarh colony under Sadar police station and arrested one Santisanatan Biswas and seized 32 bottles of countrymade liquor. Biswas hails from Bengal.
