Patna: Police arrested one Shailendra Sharma for allegedly demanding an extortion ( Rangdari) amount of Rs 20 lakh from former minister and JD(U) MLA from Phulwarisharif in Patna district Shyam Rajak. Rajak is national general secretary of JD(U). He has been representing the Phulwari seat since 1995. Senior SP Patna Manu Maharaaj rushed to Phulwari with other senior officials to look into the matter.
