Samastipur: A 14 year old boy was killed and four other minor boys and girl sustained burn injuries as lightning struck them at village Lakhanpur under Mohiuddinnagar police station in Samastipur district on Tuesday. Dinesh Paswan 12 was playing with his sister Khusbu and three other children in front of his house when lightning struck them killing Dinesh on the spot, sources said. All the injured rushed to hospital at Samastipur .
