Governor sets up committee to probe irregularities in BAU, Sabour

Patna: The Bihar governor-cum-Chancellor Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday set up a committee to probe into alleged irregularities in the appointment of Assistant Professor -cum-Junior Scientists and construction of buildings in Bihar Agricultural University (BAU), Sabour, Bhagalpur. Justice (retired) Saiyyad Mohammad Mahfooj Alam will head the committee. The committee has been asked to submit its report within two months. The governor had received several complaints in this regard and had asked for a report from the Vice-Chancellor, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour.
