Bagaha: Licence of a PDS dealer Babunand Prasad of Shrinagar panchayat under Thakaraha block in West Champaran district was cancelled by SDM, Bagaha, Dharmendar Kumar on Tuesday. The SDM said that the dealer was lifting foodgrains for seven months but the consumers were being deprived of their grain quota.
