Patna :The national convention of JD (U) will be held at Rajgir in Nalanda district on October 16 and 17.This was announced by the party president and Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar at Rabindra Bhawan here .
He was speaking at the state council meeting of JD(U) which endorsed the uncontested re-election of Bashistha Narain Singh. The CM said the party would work to strengthen communication between the common workers and leaders. Nitish announced further amendment in the Bihar Excise Act and said the new law shall be effective from October 2.
