JD(U) leader lodges FIR against Katju

Patna : An FIR has been filed against the former judge of Supreme Court Markenday Katju by senior JD (U )leader Neeraj Singh, MLC, who is also spokesman of the party in Bihar.

In his FIR lodged with Shastrinagar police station here, Neeraj Singh said through his facebok comments suggesting handing over of Bihar along wih Kashmir to Pakistan, the retired judge has hurt the sentiments of people of Bihar and invited action on charges of sedition. Neeraj has named some other party workers who felt aggrieved over statement of Justice Katju making fun of the state. Earlier, in the day CM Nitish Kumar too had criticised the former judge and said Justice Katju was not Lord of Bihar.
