ITI students block Ara -Patna main road

Ara : Students of Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Ara, blocked Ara-Patna main road near Patel Bus Stand under Ara Town police station in Bhojpur district on October 5, 2018, as the name of the centre of examination was not mentioned in their admit cards.

They burnt tyres and paralysed movement of vehicles raising slogans against the institute administration. The agitating students proceeded towards Zahoor ITI centre and also staged demonstration there. Police tried to pacify the students but failed. Later, the students calmed down and blockade was lifted after the Examination Controller assured them to issue fresh admit cards to them.
