Patna : India bowled out Bangladesh for 173 runs in 49.1 overs in their Asia Cup ODI match at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai, on September 21, 2018, due to superb bowling bowling by Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, and spinner Ravindra Jadeja. Bhuvaneshwar and Bumrah took three wickets each while Jadeja took four wickets. Spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal went wicketless. India won the toss but opted to bowl.
Bangaladesh, who were 101/7 after 33.2 overs, reached 173 riding on a 66 run partnership between captain Mashrafe Mortaza and allrounder Mehidy Hasan Miraj for the 8th wicket. Mashrafe Mortaza made 26 in 32 ball with 2 sixes while Mehidy scored 42 in 50 ball with 2 fours and 2 sixes.
Jadeja took 4/29 in 10 overs while Bhuvaneshwar took 3/32 in 10 overs. Bumrah took 3/37 in 9.1overs.
