Idol of Lord Laxman stolen from temple at Buxar village

Buxar : An idol of Lord Laxman was stolen by some unidentified miscreants from a temple at village Badaka Nagarpura under Simari police station in Buxar district around midnight on March 5, 2018. The Priest of the temple Brahmdeo Upadhayaya lodged an FIR with Simari police station in this connection on March 6 but police are yet to make a breakthrough in the case.The Priest said that the miscreants had stolen idols from the temple earlier too and after coming to know they were not costly, they had thrown the idols on the outskirts of the village.
