Patna: The arument on regular bail application of RJD MLA from Nawada Rajballav Prasad alias Rajballav Prasad Yadav in Biharsharif Mahila police station case of alleged rape of a girl remained inconclusive on Thursday before a single bench of Patna High court presided by  Chief Justice Iqbal Ahmed Ansari. The hearing on the pettion was adjourned till September 9, 2016.

A Supreme Court advocate Tahir Ahmad pleaded for grant of regular bail to Rajballav Prasad while Principal Additional Advocate General Lalit Kishore opposed the bail application of the petitiner on the ground that there was  enough evidence against the petitioner and the bail application of one Pushpanjay, also an accused in the case, had  been rejected earlier.
