Ara> Head of Physics department of Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Ara, Awadhesh Kumar resigned from his post on Thursday. Vice-Chancellor, VKSU, Leela Chand Sah, said that Awadhesh Kumar, a professor at S B College, Ara, in the department of Physics, was made head of PG department of Physics for a three year tenure after Krishna Mohan Singh completed his tenure. Awadhesh Kumar had taken charge of the department on August 8, 2016, only but tendered his resignation on Thursday on health ground. The VC said that after his resignation, S B Rai of the same college has been made head of PG department of Physics, VKSU, and a notification in this regard has also been issuedpublished.
