Ara : After the Ryan International School incident at Gurugram and closure to two schools at Patna for not maintaining safety standards, the CBSE has tightened its noose around all the CBSE schools in Bhojpur district. About 20,000 students study in 17 CBSE schools in Bhojpur district. Besides, thousands of students study in government schools. But, neither the CBSE schools nor government schools are serious about the security and safety of the students.

The CBSE and ICSE have issued guidelines for maintaining safety and security standards in schools but the government has not issued direction in this regard so far to its school.
