Gopalganj dist administration makes security arrangements for Chehallum

Gopalganj: The Gopalganj district administration has made elaborate security arrangements for the Chehallum. Sensitive places across  the district have been identified and magistrates and adequate number of policemen would be deployed at these places. A meeting of the Peace Committee was held under the chairmanship of SDO Mritunjay Kumar on November 20. During the meeting, the SDO said that magistrates and police officers would be deployed at 97 places. Besides the deployment, patrolling would be carried out at these places. Others  present on the occasion included SDPO Manoj Kumar, DSP (Hqs) Vibhash Kumar, Sadar Inspector Baleshwar Rai, JD(U) district president Pramod Kumar Patel and Prof. Dasrath Ram.
