Ara : A minor girl Ram Kumari was killed and three others injured at village Isarpura under Karnamepur police outpost in Bhojpur district on June 5, 2017, night, in a firing during a marriage. Police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem on June 6 and admitted the injured there but the doctors referred them to Patna Medical College and Hospital in view of their critical condition.
The SHO, Karnamepur police outpost, said that a marriage was being solemnized at a house at village Isarpura on June 5 night during which some persons started firing in the air in which a minor girl Rani Kumari was killed and three others were seriously injured. An FIR has been lodged with Karnamepur police outpost but no arrest has so far been made in this regard.
