Ara : A case of kidnapping of a girl student came to light after an FIR was lodged with Nawada police station, Ara, on March 9, 2017, in this connection. SHO, Nawada police station, Neyaz Ahmad said that Pinki Kumari (name changed) belongs to village Chilhar under Azimabad police station but lived at her maternal uncle’s house at Khangaowa under Chandi police station in Bhojpur district. She was taking matriculation examination at a private school at Nawada Chowk, Ara. On March 7, she came to her examination centre along with her grandmaother (nani) but afte the examination she was not found and when her family members could not find her anywhere, they lodged an FIR with Nawada police station.
