Bagaha : Manorma Kumari, 18, daughter of Rambriksh Mahto of village Binawalia under Laukaria Police station in Bagaha police district, committed suicide on March 31, 2019, morning, by jumping before a running train.
Sources close to her family sources said that she had appeared at BSEB Intermediate Exams from Jugal Janjati Intermediate School, Harnatand, and the results were declared on March 30, 2019. Although Manorma Kumari had secured first division at the exam, when she went to an Internet Café she was informed she had failed at the exam causing her mental agony resulting in her suicide. Manorma had got married recently. Pathakauli Police Outpost brought the body over Government Sub-Divisional Hospital, Bagaha, for post-mortem.
