Patna: Due to sudden increase in the water level of river Ganga, the Lagar Zamindari Bund on its left bank in Khagaria district has been damaged at two places. The river water has overtopped the bund on its fourth kilometre. The engineers are engaged in flood protection work, according to a state Water resources department release.
