Samastipur: Four persons died on Tuesday when a goods carrier turned turtle and fell on them at Cold Storage Chowk, Tajpur, under Tajpur police station in Samastipur district. The deceased included a woman and two children. A native of Champapur village in Vaishali Surendra Sah was among the four killed. The truck carrying tiles met with an accident when it tried to avoid collision with a tractor and a three-wheeler. The driver of the truck fled away. Later, NH 28 was blocked by an irate mob demanding road safety on the spot which has witnessed many such accidents in the past.
