Patna: Former speaker and Congress legislature party (CLP) leader Sadanand Singh on Monday demanded posting of a senior officer as Registrar of LN Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change at Patna. In a letter to CM Nitish Kumar, the Congress leader has said the top management instutute management was running without a director and registrar for the last several years.A former chief secretary KAH SUbramaniam once headed the institute when it was taken over by the government.Former chief minister Jagannath Mishra also chaired the institute. Sadanand Singh said post of registrar too was lyng vacant which disturbed the normal administration of the institute.
