HC summons Saharsa DM

Patna: A Division Bench of  Patna High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Iqbal Ahmad Ansari and Justice Anjana Mishra while hearing a PIL regarding non-regularisation of 82 Class IV and Class III contract employees of Saharsa Zila Parishad on Monday asked Saharsa district magistrate and Secretary, Saharsa Zila Parishad, to appear before it on July 26, 2016. The court sought to know as to why these employee had not yet been regularised. On Monday, an executive magistrate of Saharsa Zila Parishad appered before the court.
