Bagaha : A devastating wildfire in Kaichi kot Naurangia forest under Madanpur forests range of Valmikinagar Tiger Reserve in West Champaran district on April 25, 2017, evening, resulted in big forest cover loss as also the lives of animals specially reptiles and birds living in the area. The fire had not been extinguished till the time reporting. The fire reportedly gutted at least 10 acre of forest reserve.
