Bagaha: Police arrested five persons when they were consuming liquor near Kataharawa village under Naurangia police station in West Champaran on August 15. Naurangia police station SHO Harendra Prasad said that the arrested persons were identified as Anil Kumar, Ramesh Kumar, Deo Kumar of village Devataha, Sunil Oraon of village Dholabazwa and Ramesh Kazi of Nautanawa. They were sent to Bagaha sub- jail the same day
