Bettiah: Excise & Prohibition Department, on a tip off, conducted raid at Pipal Chowk in Basawaria locality under Ward No 29 of Bettiah Nagar Parishad in West Champaran district on August 14, 2018, and seized 688 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) packed in 20 cartons. But, the liquor smuggler managed to escape, said Excise & Prohibition Department Superintendent, Bettiah Rakesh Kumar, Bettiah.
