Ara : Police, on the direction of Patna High Court, lodged a named FIR with Jagdishpur police station on December 15, 2017, against three persons including the MD of a Non Banking Company, Gurukul Tour and Travels Private Limited.
Uday Narayan Singh, an ex-armyman of village Bishen Tola under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district, had filed a case in Patna High Court against the MD and authorised signatory of a non-banking Company, Gurukul Tour and Private Company Private Limited, Jagdishpur branch in Bhojpur district, Sonu Kumar, its agent Shrimant Narayan Singh, son of Nand Kishor Singh, and the Branch Manager Ranjeet Raj, son of Raghunath Prasad, alleging that they had cheated him and embezzled his money deposited in the Non Banking Company. Ranjeet Raj is at present Ward Councillor from ward no 6 of Jagdishpur and is an RTI activist.
SHO, Jagdishpur police station, said that he had received a letter from Bar Council asking him to lodge a case against the accused.
