New Delhi : Ms Federica Mogherini, European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, called on PM Narendra Modi on April 21, 2017. PM Modi and Ms Mogherini discussed regional and global developments of mutual interest. They agreed on the need to strengthen the security cooperation between India and EU particularly on the issue of counter-terrorism.
PM Modi recalled his successful visit to Brussels in March 2016 for the last India-EU Summit and said he is looking forward to the next India-EU Summit to be held in India in October 2017, according to a PIB release.
