Patna: Director General, Homeguards and Fire Services, P N Rai, was on August 30 given additional charge of Senior incharge, State Emergency Operation Centre in Disaster Management Department. Home department, Bihar government, issued a notification to this effect on Tuesday. Rai is an IPS officer of 1982 batch.
