Devesh Sehra appointed DM, Samastipur

Patna : Bihar Government on April 3, 2019, transferred DM, Samastipur, Chandrashekhar Singh, a 2006 batch IAS officer, and appointed him as Joint Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department (PHED). Devesh Sehra, a 2005 batch IAS officer and MD, Scheduled Castes Co-operative Development Corporation, Patna, has also been transferred and appointed DM, Samastipur, replacing Chandrshekhar Singh.

Prem Singh Meena, a 2000 batch IAS officer and Secretary, SC & ST Welfare Department, has been given additional charge of MD,  Bihar State SC Co-operative Development Corporation. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on April 3, 2019, with a copy to Secretary, Election Commission of India (ECI) too.
