Muzaffarpur : Three armed criminals shot at and seriously injured a jeweller Baidyanath Kumar Soni on January 2, 2017, evening near Lodiya Line Hotel under Sahebganj police station in Muzaffarpur district and looted his bike and jewellery. Soni was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. Police are investigating into the incident but are yet to arrest anyone in this connection.
In another incident, Bolero borne criminals crushed to death a youth under Kanti Police station in the district on January 2 evening. The deceased was a native of Govindpur Phulkaha under the same police station.
